You may be wondering how an author can go from conspiracies to a humorous retelling of Creation.

I don’t know except to say each of these stories started with a “what if?”

What if the fear of death caused by the use of illegal drugs was as great as America’s fear of spinach or Tylenol when these products were found to be tainted.

Or, what if GOD was a little more human in creating the Cosmos and made a few mistakes along the way.  And what if Mrs. God, like all partners, questioned certain decisions and stepped in to save the day.

A career in New Product Development ingrained asking the “what if” questions. (Forty-plus years of marriage certainly provides a background for writing thrillers and making  course corrections when “needed.”)

I have fun in my writing. In “The New War” I use musical lyrics to convey certain characters’ thoughts. The Fixer character cites Shakespeare, and I even recreated a modern-day Jimmy Olsen of Superman fame.
